1How do you know what to post?
After you sign up we take some details about your business and your goals, within 24 hours we build your social media strategy and share it with you prior to launch. This ensures the posts we put out on your account are always aligned with your goals.
Feedback is also essential. You will have direct contact with your social media manager who will also be ready to take any suggestions or change tactics at a moment's notice
2Is there a contract?
Absolutely not. Contracts stink.
We only want to work with people that we can provide value for.
This means that there should be no need for a contract as long as we keep working hard to deliver value to your business.
3Can I still post myself?
Definitely. You can leave it all to us or post your own content in addition. We encourage businesses to make good quality, personal updates as it almost always improves the overall results.
4I don’t even have social media! Can you help?
Assuming you want a social media account (what business wouldn’t!?), we will set up and optimise your pages free of charge when you sign up.
5Who will be responsible for my social media account?
When you sign up you get assigned a social media manager (based in the UK), they will be your single point of contact for everything related to your account. This means they will take time to personally learn about your business, almost like a member of your own staff (without the big wage bills!).
6What I want isn’t listed. Can you still help?
We provide services to a broad spectrum of companies, which means we need to remain flexible to to ensure we always offer them the best value.
As long as we believe we can provide more value with a custom package, we will build it for you.
